Hi all, last 2 years I have been paying arrears which go back to 1993of over 200 pounds/month. My kids are now 30 and 25 !!!
Also paying 243 a month to 2nd wife for daughter..
This works out my hourly rate at 4.63 pound per hour.
I work 192 hours a month on a night shift and my take home pay is £846..
846 divided by 192 has made me ill, I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown please please can someone advise me as the CSA tell me this is right.
Steve
Hi there
I'm sorry to hear what a hard time you're having. Have you appealed the decision?
It's really difficult to be the CSA to listen, it might be a good idea to go and see your MP and ask the, for help...they can often be helpful in some situations and if it is felt the CSA have behaved wrongly they can get the Parliamentary Omsbudsmanman involved on your behalf.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful but I wish you all the best.
Thank you for your support,
I will be doing this straight away
Steve
