hi there,
please help me! I've been split form my there half for 4 years and have been self employed. I've now been told i have misrepresented my earnings for 16-17 tax year as I've more than came into my account than my tax return shows although my business which is an LLP partnership bought a van which is clearly on my tax return and due to it being HP'd we put the full invoice amount through and paid HP for the next year and a half.
CSA basically said today although this explains a lot they are disregarding it altogether! is this correct??? basically im being looked into for fraud. just to clarify all earnings came from my business and no other sources. I just feel like stringing myself up tbh
Hi there
I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time of it, but I’m afraid I’m no expert when it comes to the financial side of things.
As they are accusing you of fraud, it would advisable to seek legal guidance about this. Someone did post a link to some service for CMS issues, that they recommended, I’ll see if I can locate it.
Stay strong isysni
