Hi All.
I am a Dad of 2 and my Children where taken by their mother back to the usa as she ran her Visa out and due to my job i work away i cant have the children.
I have now been dragged through the US courts and now facing huge CM bills per month which i can't pay. They are asking for £1500 per month which is over a £1000 more than what the CMS say. They say i pay child Maintence plus 50% child care costs.
I can't afford to live and never mind seeing my children which breaks me each day. I am facing losing my house and my life i feel.
I am so scared they will keep coming via REMO and they will take everything what i have worked for, and make it that i will never see the children.
I have never not paid towards my children as its the right thing to do.. I just want advice help and a rest. I am now depressed and my mental health has raised a huge concern to my family and doctors. I am a British citizen who wants to do what is right but i feel i am at a dead end. I am praying there is someone out there who can help me.
Please ask about and many thanks for reading this.
