My monthly amount has just gone up £90 per month after the last 2 wage slips I had to show to the child maintence had a great deal of over time on, this is not going to continue so how do I play it? Some one subjected I did 2 months of no overtime and asked the child maintenance to recalculate that ?

It's difficult when wages can fluctuate so much, have you contacted them to see what can be done? Perhaps they could look at annual income rather than the last two months, I would contact them and see what they say. Unfortunately, whilst/if they can change it, you will have to pay the stated amount until it's adjusted.

Spoke to the CMS this morning they are saying that I can surmit any 2 months wage slips and if the calculation is made it has to be a change of 25% so not sure what they base that on the net or gross figure on my wage slips,???

The CMS work on gross income, so they will use that for both their original calculation and the new one.

So do the cms recalculate if the figure changes by 25% or
More? So for example if my gross
Pay is £2000 a month with overtime and then £1500 the next 2 months they would recalculate it but not if I earned £1550?

I believe that's the case, however, I also think the 25% is only between reviews - I think they are supposed to do an annual review in any case.

25% is between reviews. If you are bordering on the 25% and need to go a bit lower, then put a small amount into a pension to ake you over the 25% difference.

To be honest they dont know what they are talking about most of the time, you get different stories from different people.
