I have found out recently that the CSA has increased my monthly payments from £75 to £350 per month and this has been deducted from my bank account without my consent.....I have stopped all payments as I cannot afford to pay this amount and I am now being threatened with Court action.... does anyone know if they can legally do this ?

Yes they can take direct from your bank account, that's a big increase, I hope they informed you before they did it!
