Payment increase after annual review

Hi

My Payments have just gone up after my annual payment review. I received some back pay in this financial year April 21-22 and this has bumped my payments up despite me being on the same monthly salary. Child maintenance have said that because my pay hasn't gone down by 25% they won't reassess it and my payments must stay the same. Does this count for 12 months or can I get it reassessed again in 3 months with proof of my payslips.

Thanks in advance

hi,

yes if your income drops again by 25% or more, they will reduce your maintenance. Would suggest to wait till you have 3 months of payslips showing the reduced amount, then contact CMS again.
