Just wanted to ask if anyone is paying CMS to an ex and has a child living with them. I just wanted to know whether CMS disclose to the ex the child that is living with you name on the letter they send out on income? Or isit just only what is relevant to her on the letter? I have to be quite conscious of what information she becomes aware of as she is quite spiteful unfortunately.
The CMS will probably not disclose the name of the child you have living with you, although if you have had a child which you've not informed your ex or eldest child about I'd let your child know they have a sibling before the CMS disclose this information on your behalf as it will only cause drama.
