[Solved] Paying CMS for two separate children

Hi all,

I'm currently paying CMS to two mothers and one now is entertaining the idea of a family-based arrangement.

My question is whether CMS will take the family-based arrangement into account when calculating maintenance due to the other mother? As I understand it because I have two children I'm paying 20% of gross per week, split 10% evenly for the two children. Last thing I want is to pay 10% in a family-based arrangement and then get stiffed and have to pay 15% to the mother registered with CMS.

Hope that is clear?

Cheers

I would think if you open a case with the CMS for each mother, then the payments would still be spilt equally, with the total being 15%
