You could open a case with the CMS?
Not sure how they would help but it may be that they have a word.
The only other alternative is collect and pay via the CMS where they charge a premium. 20% additional from you and 4% from your former.
If she knows she will have money deducted she may co operate?
Regards,
Dave
If you open a case with the CMS you will charged £20 to open the case and as Dave says an admin fee of 20% will be added to your payment and 4% to hers if you choose to go with Collect and pay service. i dont think this is compulsory though but it might be a good idea to talk to Child Maintenance Options about your options.
I've moved this here as you are far more likely to get a response to you r question.
Hi Wakjav
Thank you for your post. I am William the Child Maintenance Options consultant. So that I can try and answer your query, it would be useful to know a little more information on how your child maintenance is managed. I would like to know:
• Is your arrangement paid privately via a family-based arrangement, using either the Child Support Agency (CSA) or the Child Maintenance Service, or through the courts in the form of a Consent Order or Minute of Agreement (for parents that live in Scotland)?
• Have you tried discussing setting up a standing order with your ex-partner?
We look forward to your reply.
Regards
William
