Why do the CSA require work details from my wife. The child in question has nothing to do with her and she feels very angry that they want money from her.
If this case from before 2003 then her income is counted. If it's a later case, does she have a child? In which case child tax credits are counted towards the calculation. Otherwise I'd question exactly why they are asking for this information.
