[Solved] Partners Income

Been paying CSA for 12 years, now for 1 child (16 years old).

Just got a letter from CSA stating they believe I have a new partner and living with them. This is true. They are asking for NI details, salary slips etc for my partner - do I have to supply this ??? I understood my partner has no bearing on my CSA calculation, but is there an issue because it is old CSA rules as I have been paying for so long ?

I'm not sure about the rules on CSA 1 - I'll see if the CMO can pop by either with advise or any other suggestions.

Hi S14

I am William the Child Maintenance Options consultant. I am unable to provide you with any information about your case with the Child Support Agency (CSA). However, I can try to point you in the right direction, information regarding CSA old rules can be found by using the following link https://www.gov.uk/how-child-maintenance-is-worked-out/child-maintenance-before-march-2003.

To find out more information about all the options available for child maintenance and how Child Maintenance Options can help you visit http://cmoptions.org or call us free on 0800 988 0988 between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday or 9am and 4pm on Saturday.

Thanks
William
