After some advice

I have an arrangement with my ex to have my kids set days and nights.

She’s refusing to allow me to have them. Saying they don’t want to come.

She’s contacted CMA saying I’m not having them. I want to have them!

Can they ask for more money?

hi,

if you don't have a court order, then CMS will believe whatever your ex tells them. so yes your ex can claim more money by lying to CMS

hi,

i read some cases where dads gave evidence of texts/emails to CMS and they acted on that. you could try calling CMS about that.
