Hi i am new here but i am really struggling with this whole thing.

My ex has filled a claim against me but all the figures are wrong it keeps asking me to log into an online account which i cant access as it says the information is incorrect i never set up an account i tried phoning only to be on that automated service i want to talk to someone to change this amount as its wrong and get answers.

 

can anyone help me as they are now going to take from my wages which is wrong if i cant talk to someone.

I take it your referring to Child Maintenance Service?

Yes their phone service is known to be awful, with people waiting for 1-2 hours. suggest you keep trying and you will get through to someone:
