Hi All,
I have two children aged 12 & 15, the 12 year old has basically decided its not for them at the moment and due to issues surrounding their decision; i have also agreed they wont be coming for a while... other issues have happened and this is likely to be long term. The 15 year old will continue to come and will be coming for the long term.
Would anyone know if this will affect current payments? or does it go on the 15 year old still coming 1-2 nights a week? and CMA cant differentiate?
Any advice welcome, thank you
Cheers
hi,
if your ex informs CMS of the changes in overnight stays, then very likely they will increase your payments.
Hi if the payments are via CMS and your ex notifies CMS of the changes, Yes your payments will change as they are based on time children spent with sleep over and inc holidays not just your income.you can set up an account and or inform CMS yourself.
