I was informed that unless my wage changed by 25% I would pay the same.

My annual review is in;

My wage has gone up just £18 a week since start.

My payments are up £2.50 a week.

My national insurance is up - I know it's not included hut squeeze that lemon.

My weekly figure also when x 52 is £20 less than their "the amount paid by next review must be"

So this 25% Rule ONLY seems to count WITHIN your review period. I've seen this before, I worried and contacted and was told it would stay the same.

Apparently it does not, again mixed messages, again seems to be whomever is doing it.

As I understand it, the 25% rule is only between annual reviews.
