There is no option on the online self service account and i cant get through on the phone - either rings out or the call ends?

Thanks

hi,

when you log into your self service account, there is option for sending message to CMS, and can be about number of things. try that.

they told me i should only tell them if my income has increased or dropped by 25% within the year.

Thanks for the reply.
Yeah i tried the message option....got an auto reply saying the will be in contact within the next 12 weeks

What i've seen on the internet is that you have to tell them when you leave an employer and when you start a new one.
My income hasnt increased by 25% so that isnt a problem

Just managed to get through to them.
Because i pay directly i don't have to inform them unless my salary is +/- 25%
