New to CMS & getting stressed out

Hi all

Looking for some help as getting extremely stressed & depressed

So after I put in to court for access (ex doesnt let me see children), ex decided she didn't believe I was paying correct payments to her, so contacted the CMS.

First off they're using 20/21 P60 which includes Furlough.  Was told to ignore as they have a 25% rule.

However I've received a bonus, and this has taken me over.

The helpful lady (🙄🙄🙄) on the phone told me to submit via online portal, but confused when to put the start date.  Assume I need to put 06/04/2021?

As the bonus was a one off, do I list this separately as I start entering the details, or is this added in to make me pay on top of salary?

I also get a car allowance (company doesn't yet have car scheme, but understand this is classed as salary even though payslip & contract say otherwise?

Don't want to fudge it up, as personally know others who were driven to the edge (one over it 😢🤬) by the CSA/CMA, so really don't want to end up there too.

It is frustrating, I have a car allowance too and this gets included in the calculations. Basically, anything you pay tax on, they include in the calculations. If you were not to get a bonus next year, then your monthly fees will reduce.

If you can afford to do so, you could put your bonus into a pension, that would take it out of the calculation.

Whilst I'd love to, it goes in the mortgage deposit fund to get out of renting.

Back to pay adjustment, do I submit and put date as 6/4/21 given they're using 20/21 values which mean I'm over 25% rule, even th2i told them my salary (not the furlough value they're using) when I 1st responded, and they haven't updated?
