Hello all
The CMS are calculating my payments on a old salary, my new salary falls within their 25% tolerance they are adamant they will not change the payments, just wondering what options I have as at the minute it is nkt worth me working.
Stu
You can try contacting your local MP or CAB for assistance - they should be able to help .
Are you close to the 25% difference? If so, you could increase your pension payments to take you over the 25% for the moment so they will then recalculate. They should recalculate the payment anyway each year - the 25% rule is only until the next annual rule.
Thank you, will contact CAB
i am 2k above the 25% tolerance so cant really pay more into my pension.
