my ex is moving out of area with her new partner, I pay CSA and didn't know if I was allowed travel allowance. I don't drive so I would have to get the train and bus to her new place. I have also heard that the travelling has to be split 50-50.

would be great full for any advice

Hi There,
.
There is an amount that you can get a reduction for travel if it is over a certain distance/cost, I can't remember what that is but I would speak to CMS and ask them for advice.
.
Shared travel would be something that was either agreed between you and your ex or be part a court order.
