Hi. My company is going to do driving licence C+E to work for them as a lorry driver. They transfer the money to the school and I even didn’t see that money, but they put the money on my payslip in section as a gross income but volunteery deducted. This is £4000. What is the situation with that about Child maintenance support? Should I report that and pay the % from that? I didn’t get the money, this is fee from carrier choice from my company. I need some advice.
Hi,
CMS work out payments based on your gross taxable income. So if 4000 shows on your payslip as income, they will take into account, and your payment increases.
If this amount makes your income go up by 25% you should tell CMS. Try this group for paying parents, very useful;
