I have 2 kids with my unmarried ex. They live in my BTL flat without paying any rent. So do I still laible to pay Child maintenance?

yes you would be liable to pay child maintenance if your ex rang up CMS to make a claim.
are you on good terms with your ex? has she been asking for maintenance?
