Hi there,

Does anybody have experience with the CMS and moving to another country, in this case Sweden

How do they manage the collection of information and calculation of the child support payment?

Any experiences would be valuable

Thanks

John

Hi there

I'm pretty sure that Sweden and the Uk will have a reciprocal agreement, but there's nothing to stop you trying to negotiate with the mother to agree an informal arrangement for maintenance.

All the best

It's possible there is no cross boarder agreement with Sweden. If that is the case the CMS would not entertain an application for child support.
