I'm paying Csa to my ex girlfriend for my youngest daughter aged 7, and also have a mutual payment to my ex wife for my eldest daughter aged 17 in July.

My ex girlfriend has recently married

Do I stop paying csa for my youngest or can the payments be reduced ?

Thanks
Ross

Hi

No, the maintenance is not affected at all by her marital status (unless her partner legally adopts your daughter), it's based purely on your income.
