Hi ,
In early stages of separation and trying to keep costs down and be amicable, but finding things difficult as wife always wants to be right.
On top of that she has gotten some free legal advise and moved the goal posts on a verbal agreement we had before I left the house. We had agreed that the house would be 50/50, but now she wants it to be 75/25 as the court would want to ensure that the children have a place to live when the house is sold.
The family car she claims is all hers because it is in her name and she has the children, I don't have an issue with this in principle put she is asking for usage fees for the car when I need it to take the children on the occasional event.
With regards to current CSA rules, how would they calculate overnight stays with multiple nights over the course of the week with varying number of children. Sometimes it would be all other times it would be 1 or 2. Would they calculate based on the number of nights in total divided by the number of children?
We are agreed on the child support payment based on the new 2014 numbers, but I need to know if a reduction is warranted based on the number of overnight stays and covering wife and boyfriends holiday.
Trying not to be petty, but doesn't look like I'm getting a fair deal.
Trying,
Moving On
