I have major problems with this department which date back to 2001 and are still ongoing. I have tried to contact them and keep being told i have failed data protection this is after confirming my NI NUMBER and giving them various ref numbers? They are taking anything from Β£75-Β£90 per week from me!!!!!
To explain in writting would be like a biblical work and i would rather explain my dilemma either via phone or face to face but have no idea who i can contact?
The CSA behave like gangsters! π‘ The best advice I can give is to go to your MP...most MPs hold surgeries once a week or so, all you need to do is call their secretary and make an appointment. You would be surprised how quickly they respond when an MP gets on the phone to them!
Best of luck!
