Hi cpould you advise me on my current situation, i have been seperated from my ex for 4yrs and waiting for the courts to finalise our divorce, i look after our son ( 15 yrs old ) 4 nights a week and our daughter ( 6 yrs old ) 3 nights a week, i have them when i'm on holliday from work which is 4/5 weeks a year, 2/3 of which i usually take them away on holiday somewhere, i pay half towards any clubs ie swimming lessons etc and help out with the school uniform. I also pay full maintenance as recommended on the csa web site, my question is, I have read that if i have my kids 50 / 50 or more the maintenance payments are to be scrapped as it is a shared responsibility. Is this true and if so when are these rules going to be enforced ?
