[Solved] Maintenance payments while child in hospital

Hi

I am the non resident parent and have an established (non CSA) maintenance arrangement based on my daughter spending 1-2 nights a week with me and my ex also receives the child benefit. My daughter has been an in-patient for treatment in hospital for some months since last year, and so not actually in the care of either parent for most of that time. I have continued to pay full child maintenance until now but wonder if that is correct, or if I am still legally required to while she is away from home. I have had to fund additional travel and parking expenses as I have done most of the driving for visits.

I'm not exactly sure how this works, but I'd contact these people - they should be able to give you the correct information
