Hi mojo. It's been a long time but I've finally had a decision from the CMS.
I don't qualify for being a special case and no further reduction. They have also given no explanation either. I'm no in the very slow process of counter claiming child benefit. My Ex claims it but I think she doesn't receive it (tax benefits) as her and her husband earn way over 100k . Hopefully if I'm successful in this it may help with my CMS case.
