[Solved] MAINTENANCE

I currenlty pay my maintenace through a CSA Order via my wages. No problems there.

I have not seemy Son since April 2012, although this is being resolved through the courts.

Recently I heard that there is an arrangement you can come to, where by, if you demonstrate to the CSA that you could make payments into a seperate bank you can stop paying through your wages and your ex will not get the money either. The purpose of my asking the question is to "flush" out my Ex, to give me access quicker and with none of the mental conditions attacked to it, cos the only thing that she understands is money!!!

Kindest Regards,

Brian

Hi

I'm William the Child Maintenance Options consultant. Child Maintenance Options is a separate organisation from the Child Support Agency (CSA). If you would like to contact the CSA then I am sure they will be happy to look into your enquiry. You can find contact details on any letter the CSA have sent to you. Or, you can find the right number here: https://www2.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/contact/index.asp.

There is a web application available at http://www.dad.info/divorce-and-separation/sorting-out-separation that you may find useful as it offers help and support to separating families.

For more information about child maintenance you can visit www.cmoptions.org, or if you'd prefer a confidential chat you could call the Child Maintenance Options team on 0800 988 0988 (free from a landline).

Thanks

I know you can pay direct to your ex if she will agree
or you can pay the CSA by DD, they usually only set up a deductions from earnings orders if you are not willing to pay or have not paid in the past.

Id be interested though to hear if there is a way to pay into a bank directly, as im also sick of my ex being money minded
