Hopefully, you’ll find enough to incriminate her! Best of luck and keep us posted.

Hi Yoda94,

Thanks for the info and help.
Swallowing the bitter pill is what I fear

CMS have informed me that unless a successful appeal my financial side of the case will not be reviewed for 12 months.
I thought I had to have a 25% change (for better or good) in my net salary in order for a legitimate review to be undertaken?
Pension contributions can be upp'ed significantly by me, so its certainly worth unedrstanding better ....

Hi Yoda,

Thank you for the reasoned perspective, i do share you're outlook on treading the middle ground.

Communication with my ex-wife is only done via writting, so it goes aswell as it that can do!
I would like things to be as ammicable as possible and be right, and unfortunately at present my ex-wife will not communicate any other way.
Currently no response is coming on this issue!

By calculating the truthful payments (i.e. what the girls really stay over) the payments to my ex drop by circa £2,500 per year .... no wonder i'm getting no response :-).
Even if we drop to the next bracket for nights stayed as a compromise it's a £1,450 drop.

These are big money payments to me, that I dont see as saving me money, but as taking potential moneies away from the girls
