I have just been told I have a 14 Yr old son! I have no idea if this is true. Apart from the effect this is having on the child. I am not on a birth cert will I have to pay 14 Yr back maintenance

do you know if your ex has opened a claim with Child maintenance service (CMS)? if she opened recently, they will not back date anything for x number of years. payments only start from the date the CMS case was opened.
