The CSA made a mistake and have been direct debiting me more than they should, they have said they will reduce the payments rather they pay me back? Can they do that? My ex is now complaining that she is getting less as a result and complained to the CSA. So now the CSA are taking me to court because of the reduced payments THAT THEY are taking out from a direct debit of my bank?
Who does this?
Are the CSA really idiots, or is it the idiots that program the computers they use?
On my Gravestone..
Here lies the poor sole the CSA got by mistake, and all his money we would take. He was right, CSA was wrong. but we strung him up anyway and now he's gone.

Wow really??!!??
Have you spoken to the CSA case officer that handles your case? This is very odd indeed.
Gooner
I didn’t know until I checked my bank statement, in the meantime my ex got on the phone to the CSA. No one asks me? CSA’s right hand does not know what the left is doing. I am not surprised, it will get sorted out. I have heard this happening before..
Sounds like you should be speaking to your MP immediately to ask him/her to raise a complaint.

I know the situation is no joke, but that did make me laugh.
