As all this wasn't my fault is they a way of complaining and getting at least half back they have given me an a dress to complain too has this ever happened to anyone else and could someone please advise me how or if I have a chance of getting any of this back
Your feedback would be apricated
Hi ere
You can try appealing their decision, in the circumstances it would be grossly unfair to pay back the sum owed to you at £5 a week. If they wont listen you can go and see your local MP and ask them to refer it to the Parliamentary Omsbudsman. Often when someone involves their MP the CSA start playing ball!
Good luck
