I've recently logged on my my online portal and it is a numerical nightmare.
There's payments of £6 here £43 there £252 there.
Is anyone else having this issue? Also, they sent a new DOE over to my employers with a new figure they want to take from me, but in my online portal it is saying I don't need to make a payment for another 3 months but the new DOE starts from 10th Sept which I'm guessing will still be taken.
This is an absolute nightmare, I tried to call, and when I got through I was told to send a message using the online portal.
I can't wait for the generic copy and paste reply back!
Is anyone else having this issue?
hi,
I don't pay attention to the amounts in the online portal. In the past I rang CMS and they couldn't explain it lol. I just look at the payment plan they send in the post, and stick with that. check the messages in the portal, they usually have the same letters they would send in the post. would be good idea to double check with your employer, what amounts they will be deducting and from when.
Hi
The portal is the same for me too, I had it explained to me in the past that there are delays to updating it, amounts can be in arrears (1 month behind) etc. Was told to just go by the payment plan letter that is sent.
As Bill says, check with your employer to ensure amounts deducted are the same as the letter which is much clearer (in my case anyway)..
