Hi all,
I'm new to inside ir35 and just need to straighten out in my head what my liability is for CMS.
Des anyone have experience of this arrangement?
Its 475 per day inside ir35 but that's not gross income because I pay employers NI, fees on top of tax and nil pay for sick etc.
I'm worried because if CMS calculate on 475 daily then it's 1000 per month min CMS and I only come out with 250 daily when am working and if the contract only lasts 6 months I could be coming out with less net income then when I was in. £30k a year job.
Never missed payments and. Never dodged responsibilities but I need to know what am liable for and no one seems to have a clear calc in place for inside ir35 roles ...
hi,
are you being paid through an umbrella company or using LTD company? with IR35 you will be treated as though your a permanent PAYE employee. so with CMS they will work out maintenance based on your gross income.
