Hi All
I pay the CMS (CSA) for a child who is in further education whom I have no contact with.
Tje payments went down from £190 p/m in September to £14.50 P/M from October.
I assumed the child had left full time education hence the reduction.
I have not been advised that I have two payments March and April at £485 P/M. I assumen this is arrears as the CMS have cocked up the payments, however this is unaffordable and from historical experience under the old CSA they will not offer any option.
Has anyone had experience like this or know of an official process that I can enter as they will not freely inform me.
Thanks in advance
hi,
common method is people ask CMS for full breakdown of their payments/arrears. if their not helpful I suggest you contact your MP and ask them to intervene.
