What else do you need to prove Day to Day Shared Care (week on week off) as approved by a Court Order?
What else do you need provide in order to stop any CMS payments?
hi,
Other evidence i can think of is you being registered at childrens GP/taking them for appointments. evidence of paying for their clothes, meals, after school activities etc. child benefit in your name?
@bill337 Hi Bill,
Thank you for responding.
Can i send you a DM? You seem very knowledgable and wanted your opinion on my overall situation.
Cheers
@bill337 oh, for some reason i'm not allowed to write messages yet. Maybe that's because i am a new member.
hi,
if CMS follow there own rules then they would tell you to pay no maintenance if you have a court order that states that children live with both parents, and there is equal day to day care. I have come across other cases where a NRP does not have a live with both order, they are just 1 day short of having 50/50 equal care. they had to fight tooth and nail and take it to tribunal to finally get it sorted. its madness.
join this CMS group, support for NRP. theres people in there that have been through all this to get 50/50 no maintenance https://www.facebook.com/groups/239699060076601
