HMRC sending incorrect Income figures to CMS

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone can help here.  For the second year running the HMRC have incorrectly stated my annual taxable income as they have omitted my pension contributions.  I have raised this but because the variance is less than 25% the CMS have rejected my Mandatory Reconciliation request.  It is hugely frustrating that is happening and I am being forced to pay more to my ex that i should be.

Has anyone else had this and successfully overturned the result?  If so how?

Hi, could it be that your employer has made a mistake at their end? May be worth having chat with them.
