[Solved] Help with CSA payments

Please can someone offer a contact number or somewhere to complain or offer help.

My mums partner was a few years ago in arrears with the CSA which got referred to a debt collectors and he eventually paid off 2 years ago. When the debt was paid he was ringing every Saturday and paying them direct the amount they were asking for. Then the CSA then wrote to him when his daughter went to college, and said that with his payments being so small (£15.00 per week) they no longer need be involved and could pay direct. He asked if he could pay direct into his daughters bank every week (his daughter being 16 and at college) and they said that was fine. He then over the next 2 years paid every week direct into her bank account.

In January he recieved about 5 letters saying that he owed about £7000 in arrears from the past 4 years. They said they have no records of the payments he was making direct to the csa, He has kept the original letter with the amount they said he had to pay and has all his bank statements showing the money going into her account every week and the money he paid them direct. They have now again referred it to a debt collectors and are taking just short of 50% direct from his wages every week.

On letters they have also made reference to his ex's other child which he has told them has nothing to do with him, and she isn't declaring or has never declared that she is living with the other childs father and claims to be on her own but and his Daughter who is now 18 is also working part time, which the CSA are not aware of.

He can not afford to go and see a solicitor due to the amount he is paying out and has now just handed his notice in and is leaving the country in the next few weeks as he has no fight left in him and they just dont listen to what he is saying

Any contact numbers or address would be great help to get some advice

Thanks
