Hi all
I'm well stumped with this cms malarkey and in need of advise ...they are using my 15/16 tax which is 21000 but now I earn 16900 which I have provided the but it's not 25% different so tough basically....I called them and they told me there was an issue with HMRC so they didn't get 16/17 but I have it and it's only 14000 ...I spoke to a manager to complain and was told I could speak to his but he's going to tell me the same ...can I escalate this in any way ...any help would be much appreciated
I would have thought that they would have to take the 14000 figure, and as it qualifies as 25% less they should look at it. it's always worth escalating it imo.
There's a complaints process and also an appeals process. If you're still not happy you can go and see your MP and ask them to help.
All the best
