Hi can anyone help, I pay for my child and have never missed a payment but my ex has opened a case against me just to be spike full and these were her words, the cams won't take my proof of income into account they are baseing it on old earnings of a old job I left last year due to health reasons, and now I earn far less than I did, can anyone advise me

The best thing to do is to contact them and discuss your situation with them, before they make the calculations, then you can provide them with details of your current income. I'm not too hot on the financial side of things, but I believe that they do take your previous years earnings into account when calculating amounts. However, if the difference in your earnings between the two jobs is greater than 25% I think you can ask for a variation....
