Have I got this right, If I am paying my ex partner by direct payment through the bank for the last 8 months never missing a payment and with no involvement from the CSA in this 8 month period, is it right that without any warning she can contact the CSA and state she wants them to collect the money from my wages.?
She can contact the CSA but they can't take out of your wages unless you default payments, they will ask you to pay between yourselves, if you can't do that, you will be able to pay by direct debit via the CSA
