Recently took a heart attack and have been diagnosed with heart disease and hypertension so having to reduce my working hours undermedicaladvice, but I told child maintenance this and they said that it's paid in arrears and the monthly amount will be the same as it is even with reduced salary,  is this right?

hi,

is your reduced salary at least 25% lower than original salary?  if it is lower by 25% or more then CMS should recalculate your payments and reduce it.
