Hi all new hear but looking for some advice, I’ve had my son 50/50 for the last 4 years and paid csa for the last 3 years eventually got her to agree that I shouldn’t have to pay csa when I’m having my son 50 removed link So she’d said she’d contacted csa and told them, now all of a sudden my payments have been moved to collect and pay and I’m been charged 250 pound a month even tho I still have my child 50/50 when logging into portal and having a look it states I have my child ‘ more then 175 nights a year but not 50 removed link I’m really stuck on what to do here as my ex partner is now just gleeming at the thought of getting £250 a month even tho I’m still to this day having my child 50/50
hi, you should upload evidence of 50/50 in CMS portal. you may have to call them, but very long wait.
if that fails you can contact your MP and ask them to raise complaint to CMS.
also recommend you join this support group for paying parents:
