Good Child Maintenance Advice Lines?

Hello Dads,

I'm self employed and also have rental income (airbnb, which has dried up a lot in the last 6 months).

I'm currently paying £1000 a month to my ex (who doesn't work) for my 3yr old's outgoings.

But as my income (rental and SE) has dried up a lot, I need to bring this payment down, starting January 2023 (next month).

I have seen online there are a few 'lines' you can call to advise you on this stuff (starting at around £140).

Can anyone recommend a good "dad-friendly" one?

Ideally with experience in dealing with Self Employed NRPs?

Just don't want to be ripped off or call one that doesn't know much about Self Employed / Ltd Co..

Thanks All
