hello.
Ive recently found out that my son is joining the army. When i enquired about this, more info has come to light, He finished full time education last oct - his mother did not inform the CMA, and i have continued to make payments up till today, june 17th.
When i asked about the money being repaid, they said why didn't you stop the payments earlier? i said they don't speak to me, i had no idea! until i found out by chance that he was joining the army.
when i moved and forgot to update my details with them, i received a pretty much threatening phonemail saying i could have been in trouble because i didn't update my details?? yet she can continue to receive payments and just ignore their phone calls?
what can i do guys
hi,
you can keep ringing CMS and make a complaint if your not getting anywhere.if they refuse to repay money to you, then they have some tribunal system. look into that. theres other options of making small claims via hm court system.
