can somone help me understand this csa, my flat rate is 90 a week that i get and i have 3 children 1 who im currently paying direct pay via standing order and i have 2 children that are on the form but down as family based arrangements, now the calculations on the site say that for 3 children my flat rate of 7 a week is not per child but shared between 3 children, however the good people at csa are saying that this is not true and that its 7 per week per child , as i have asked for them re look as they are giving all of the csa of 7 a week to just 1 child,

my question is if i added the other 2 child from family based arrangements to direct pay would the flat rate with being under 100 a month still then get split the 7 a week between the 3 children rather then just the 1 child or will they make me pay 3 x 7 a week,

also i was told if there is a family based arrangement then they dont include this in the calculations

this is not about paying less money its about it being fair for all 3 of the children so that 1 child is not getitng more then the others,

have you tried putting your info into the CMS calculator to see how much you have to pay?

I'm afraid I don't have further knowledge on this subject, hopefully our expert will be along soon.
