After 2 weeks of back and forward with child maintence.
I have found out the receiving parent has given child maintence false info regarding my 15yo step child not living with me anymore.
To me this is fraud yet child maintenance still won't give me a straight answer. I have been told twice my case worker would call me back at set times and twice in had to call them back to be told they have left or unavailable.
Any help or info would be appreciated as i am at a loss as how to deal with these people.
I habe wrote to raise it as a complaint . And to ask for all my info in the case to be sent out and to have ICE investigate the case
I have now been informed it is all 4 children in my household that have been removed from the case.
You would think so. But apparently takes 3 weeks to recaluclate.
And in that time because deduction of earnings are worked in lieu I will have had 4 sent to and from employer and cms.
My problem is receiving parent made this claim and noone has notified me
