Many thanks for the replies and pointers here, we don't have anything set legally. Just wondering how do you other dad's sort out things like this? Do you go 50/50 when it comes to school gear, trips etc? It's hard to come to any sort of agreement when you have an ex like mine who thinks the world owes her a favour!!!
