Thank you for all the advice, I found out (just checked the date) in July last year via a DNA test that I wasn't the father, I am still being hounded with abuse and threats.
I had to know about this, I've just buried my head in the sand somewhat with it and tried to get on with things since finding out.
I have a feeling that the person doing the abuse and threats actually knows this as well unfortunately.
I had to know, and I think that person does too, question is what to do next?

The simple answer is to stop paying, if you still are, and tell her to go to the CMS to open a case. If you have concerns for your safety, then report it to the police.
